About Me
Hi, I’m Jay and I write this blog to help encourage others by showing them that average people can do above average things. I started Tribuddy.com in 2006 so my family and friends could follow me on my journey as an amateur triathlete. In addition, its a great way for my coach to keep tabs on me. I have been competing in triathlon and other endurance events for just over 2 years. I am your average, middle-of-the-pack triathlete. Hopefully, after reading, you will see that no matter what your goal is, triathlon, marathon, etc, you CAN achieve it! To contact me, please email jaybuddy@gmail.com
